Inspection Services

Home Inspection

Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. Before you buy, you should have a home inspection to avoid potentially costly repairs that would otherwise go undetected until they become even more costly. This is our typical home inspection that catches common defects so you understand the investment you’re making.

Commercial Inspection

A complete inspection from top to bottom will ensure your property is in good condition. A Commercial Inspection would an actual inspection of the whole building on its interior and its exterior, from the roof to the foundation including Electrical Inspection, HVAC Inspection, Water Heater Inspection & Roof Inspection.

Termite Inspection

Termites can go unnoticed until they cause catastrophic damage to your home. Whether you’re shopping for a home and suspect a termite issue, or you think your current home may be affected by termites, we can provide you with comprehensive testing, and help you understand your options for termite remediation if we do discover an infestation.

Sewer Scope Inspection

Are sinks and tubs emptying too slowly? We will use a special camera to scope the sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with the plumbing system’s proper drainage. Finding and addressing such problems now can head off catastrophic and expensive repairs later.

Duct Scoping

Duct Scoping is a term used to describe the inspection of the duct system. It involves looking at the ductwork from inside the house. This helps identify problems before they become serious issues.

Radon Testing

Radon is colorless, odorless, and extremely carcinogenic (cancer-causing). It can affect homes anywhere in the US, and the only way to check for elevated levels of radon in your home is with testing. Home tests are available, but we recommend professional testing for peace of mind.

Mold Testing

Mold testing attempts to determine which kinds of mold is present in your house, and how many molds there are in the air. Samples that have been collected are examined in a lab under carefully controlled conditions. Even if you or your family aren’t at risk for the mold’s health problems, it’s always a good idea to identify and remediate it before it spread.

Lead Paint Testing

Lead paint is no longer widely used in America, but older homes may still have lead paint, which can break down and cause lead poisoning and toxicity in both adults and children. If you are interested in purchasing a home that was built before the 1970s and you have reason to believe lead paint may be present, lead paint testing is an essential home inspection step, which can rule out the use of hazardous lead paint.
